Blackwater Paddle; Flow to the Sea

After basic canoeing instruction, our WiSE naturalist will lead the way downstream past stately cypress and twisted tupelo. Following the slow flow of clear black water toward the ocean you’ll enjoy a peaceful, easy paddle through shade tunnels and open, sunny expanses. There’s beauty around every bend. We'll be on the lookout for turtles, herons, and noisy kingfishers diving for their next meal. We may be lucky enough to spot a shy alligators sunning in the shallows. Meet in Rincon, GA. Fee of $45 per person includes canoe, paddle, and basic instruction. Tour size 4 to 20 people. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.
