Beaches and Creeks of Ossabaw Island

Your small motorboat alternately winds between lush walls of bright green marsh grass, and zips out into open water. This tour combines natural and human history of coastal salt marsh, our rich estuary, and the wild Ossabaw Island. You’ll meander through narrow tidal creeks watching for dolphin, birds, and others that feed off the lushness of our marshes. Stepping ashore you’ll have time for a relaxing stroll and beachcombing on this wild and seldom-visited beach. Meet in Richmond Hill. Fee of $70/person includes use of binoculars; tour size is 5-6 people. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED. Call or click.
