Wilderness Southeast (WiSE) is hosting its 4th annual "Paddle Battle" on

September 13th, 11 AM - 3 PM, at the Sun Life Marina on Wilmington Island, which is a

20-minute drive from downtown Savannah, Georgia.  The event will feature two

"Paddle Battle" Races (5K and 10K), as well as a 1-mile "FUN" race for kids and adults

(ages 12 and over), with kayaks and non-motorized watercraft.  This year, we will also be

hosting a family scavenger hunt on the water with prizes!  

 

At noon, a "Paddle Party" will take place with a Low Country Boil, Beverages,

Live Music with the Crabettes, Games for Kids, an Award Ceremony, and a Raffle.

  

Tickets (ages 21 and over) are $50 (to paddle and/or party). 

Tickets include food, non-alcoholic beverages and an adult drink ticket.  

Ages 12-21 are $25 per person.

 

All proceeds go towards Fish Gotta Swim©, our eco-education program for at-risk youth in Savannah.
