WiSE is hosting a "Family Fun Day" and 5th annual "Paddle Battle" on

October 10th, 11 AM - 3 PM, at the Wilmington Island Marina

- formerly Hogan's Marina -which is a 20-minute drive from downtown

Savannah, Georgia.  The event features the following: 

 

• Two "Paddle Battle" Kayak and Paddleboard Races (5K and 10K)

• A 1-mile Kayak and Paddleboard "FUN" race

• Oh Crepe! Food Truck, Lowcountry Boil, and Bar

• Live Music with the Crabettes and SOAP

• Raffle - including a Floating Dock from Islands Ace Hardware 

• Free Family Boat Rides with Daufuskie Life

• Games & Activities for Kids

• Award Ceremony 

  

 Tickets are $15 for non-racers, and Kids under 12 are free!

Tickets are $25 to race in the 1-mile "FUN" race (includes lunch, drinks, and a free t-shirt).

For the 5K and 10K races, tickets are $50 (includes lunch, open bar, and a free t-shirt).

 Tickets for non-racers include snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and an adult drink ticket.

All proceeds go towards Fish Gotta Swim©, our eco-education program for at-risk youth in Savannah.
